You may request a refund within 10 days of making your purchase, provided that:

  • The product has not yet been shipped
  • You have not used any digital products or services related to your purchase
  • You meet all other conditions specified in this policy

3. Visualizer Tool - No Refund Policy

Important: If you have used our Realistic Visualizer tool, you are NOT eligible for a refund.

By using the visualizer, you have received digital value that cannot be returned. All sales are final once the visualizer has been accessed.

4. Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

  • After the 10-day refund window has expired
  • If you have used the Realistic Visualizer tool
  • If the product has already been shipped
  • If you have received any physical products
  • If the refund request is made in bad faith
